Place an unopened packet of creamed coconut in a pot of hot water and let melt through

When melted pour into bowl with melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, sea salt and maple syrup

Stir in the desiccated coconut, eventually to create a dough consistency

pour dough into the prepared tin. Press down and level out

put in the fridge for 30 min

melt chocolate ( you can loosen with a teaspoon of coconut oil if needed )

when ready cut your bounty bars 6 horizontal 4 vertical

Dip bars into chocolate and decorate with flaked coconut and rose

Pop back in the fridge for 30 min And ENJOY
